Sylwia Wilkos
Founder and president of Moondragon Film
Sylwia holds a PhD in Humanities, having graduated from the University of Oxford (St. Hilda's College) and the University of Warsaw. A political strategist, author of books on election campaigning. Over the last decade as the founder of Scorpio Studio she has produced several European hits such as as Jack Strong and The Vulture. Sylwia is a political and environmental activist.

Magdalena Dorobińska
Head of Development
A graduate of the MISH interdisciplinary program at the University of Warsaw, Magda has been shaping stories for over 15 years, turning napkin notes into full production-ready packages. Somewhere along the way, she’s discovered that Excel sheets can be just as thrilling as Final Draft — and that talking to agents can be just as entertaining as talking to writers — and often involves better punchlines.
At Moondragon, Magda leads the development of series and films, oversees script consultations, and manages creative relationships with talent.

Patrycja Woy-Wojciechowska
She is a graduate of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw and holds a diploma from the Warsaw Journalism Center. She also studied at IPC in New York and the Institute of Catalan Photography in Barcelona.
As a co-founder of Goldfinger Advertising, she spent several years as an art director — photographing and directing TV commercials, shows, and music videos watched by millions.
She’s the author of several books and is now diving deeper into story development and script consulting. Patrycja also leads investor relations with style and precision.
